my fall go-to

I've been pretty obsessed with big comfy sweaters and knee socks. My fall go-to outfit has become a simple trapeze dress paired with a big sweater and socks. Today began with warm weather, but once I got home after work and classes, the temperature began to drop to a chilly 50 degrees. This is not particularly cold weather for a fall in New England, but it really got me thinking about my winter wardrobe. The Marshall's down the street from my dorm opened today and me a few friends to go and do a little shopping. I found a lot of nice warm knee socks and a pair of black leg warmers decorated with pom-poms - what a keeper.

take a walk in the rose garden

I had a lot of studying to do for a big exam that I have tomorrow, but seeing as I spent nearly my entire day yesterday cooped up inside, I decided to give myself a little bit of freedom after classes. As soon as class let out I went back to my room, grabbed my camera, and made my way to the rose garden. The weather was just too beautiful not to be enjoyed at least for a little while. So I took a walk to the rose garden and let myself go a little wild. I feel as if the majority of my photos lately have been taken indoors; that can get boring after a while. It felt so good to surround myself with the sweet scent of roses.

Vietnam Reunion

I got to see some friends that I went to Vietnam with. It was good sit around eating Pho noodles and reminisce about our time abroad. We sat and talked in a pho restaurant on Mass Ave and talked like we hadn't in months. It felt like it was just yesterday that we were there.
